US Virgin Islands Performance Report Capital Projects Fund 2026 Report

The U.S. Virgin Islands continues to make strong progress on its Capital Projects Fund (CPF) initiatives. During this reporting period, the Territory acquired the St. Croix facility, advanced plans for a telehealth hub in partnership with Juan F. Luis Hospital, and procured equipment and technology to support education, workforce development, and healthcare services. These efforts will expand digital access and improve opportunities for residents across the Territory.
