The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) is pleased to present the U.S. Virgin Islands’ Final Proposal for the Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) Program. This proposal represents a significant milestone in the Territory’s ongoing efforts to expand high-speed broadband access, strengthen digital equity, and ensure that all residents—across St. Croix, St. Thomas, and St. John—have the tools needed to succeed in an increasingly digital world.
The Final Proposal outlines the Territory’s strategic approach for deploying BEAD funding to support resilient, affordable, and reliable broadband infrastructure. You can access the Final Proposal and additional NTIA documents linked below.
