The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) is pleased to present the U.S. Virgin Islands’ Final Proposal for the Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) Program. This proposal represents a significant milestone in the Territory’s ongoing efforts to expand high-speed broadband access, strengthen digital equity, and ensure that all residents—across St. Croix, St. Thomas, and St. John—have the tools needed to succeed in an increasingly digital world.
